Throughout our time in the fix and flip industry, we have always looked for additional ways to help investors be more successful in an ever evolving niche. What started as a way to acquire cheaper flips eventually turned into a servicing company and a solution that was preferable to fighting for foreclosures.
However, the market shifted and tapes of non-performing notes became scarcer and harder to come by and forced us to continue our evolution. Today, Notewise* is a nationwide, private direct lender. We provide short-term fix & flip financing and long-term rental financing for real estate investors. Our loans range from $50k to $2.5M and can be used for the purchase or refinance of non-owner occupied residential & commercial properties, financing of renovation project, and bridge funding.
